The ability to merge these surveys for aggregate results was particularly helpful as was the ability to see real-time reports daily as surveys were received. There were no reports of problems with the survey from any clients - a testimony to the system's reliability. The survey system is utilized by several Atlas staff and required a minimum of time to learn to be able to design and format complex surveys for internal and external use. The statistical analysis is more than sufficient for business use and provides an array of options with rapid reporting capability and a minimum of advanced statistical background by the staff.
