ThunderTix features include barcode ticket scanners, receive payments daily, reserved seating, coupons and promo codes, sales and financials, season ticket packages, electronic gift cards, embed on your site, customer relationship manager, reliability in the cloud, box office ticket window, and more. Barcode scanning prevents fraud and ensures patrons have valid entry tickets. ThunderTix maintains a private Customer Relationship Manager containing historical information in an easily searchable and exportable format or direct integration to Mailchimp for mass email campaigns.
