Any time I need assistance with something, they have been there to guide me in the right direction to solve my issue. I have used the chat on multiple occasions an...d always happy! My issues have always been solved! Yapsody adds value to our event management as it saves time and keeps everything organized for ticket sales. Yapsody helped me resolve the biggest challenge I had in the past that verifying tickets from a spreadsheet to email or printouts, the app is so much easier to use. Yap...sody saved time, money, sanity. It is easy to duplicate an event and tweak it to fit the new date or location. Yapsody’s Customer Support was VERY much helpful to facilitate our event ticketing needs and they answer questions quickly. I would definitely recommend Yapsody’s ticketing platform to others.
