"Atlas has used QuestionPro extensively in 2006 within the Atlas Learning group which provides training services to clients and within the Marketing department for client surveys. By obtaining immediate feedback and then merging this data with the building database of client responses to training, the staff has been able to respond to suggestions and requests quickly throughout the year, while building a picture of client satisfaction over time. This major survey also utilized advanced features of the QuestionPro product to incorporate branching on several questions.
